Responsibilities
- Assist in wildlife monitoring, research, and habitat restoration projects
- Support conservation education and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with biologists and other professionals on field surveys and data collection
- Contribute to the development and implementation of conservation plans
- Participate in community engagement and environmental stewardship activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as biology, ecology, environmental science, or a related discipline
- Strong academic record with coursework related to wildlife conservation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental stewardship
Experience
- Previous coursework, research, or volunteer experience related to wildlife and conservation is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with fieldwork techniques and ecological principles is a plus
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong observational and data collection skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
